Cyndie Henrichs, Founder and Principal
Ms. Henrichs brings to FedSalesConnect more than 24 years of sales and marketing experience in information technology and systems integration within the public sector marketplace.
Ms. Henrichs previously served as Vice President, Global Sales and Marketing, Government Markets, where she led the global government sales team, including marketing and management operations, for Global Crossing Telecommunications, Inc. She joined Global Crossing in April 2000 after 18 years with IBM, most recently as Business Unit Executive in the Public Sector Industry. She was a key contributor in growing IBM’s civilian contract base in excess of $1 billion.
She has received numerous sales and performance awards throughout her career. She has a B.S. degree from Penn State University and is a member of AFCEA, AUSA and WITI.
Tanya Candia, Principal
Ms. Candia has worked as an executive in high tech companies for more than 25 years; her early career was in software engineering, leading to product management and eventually to marketing. At Unison Software her positioning and messaging work led to the company's successful initial public offering and subsequent acquisition by IBM/Tivoli. She took F-Secure, the Finnish security software company, through the most successful IPO in Scandinavian history.
Her specialized knowledge of security, software, manufacturing and finance has helped her grow software companies from under $10K to over $100M in revenue.
Ms. Candia holds an MA in Communications from the Monterey Institute of International Studies, and an MS in Systems Management from the University of Southern California. She studies several martial arts and has a third degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. Contact Tanya directly.
Robin Wright, Senior Consultant
Robin has over 20 years experience in the telecommunications and IT fields. As a business consultant, she has worked with companies ranging in size from start-ups to very large firms ( supporting the portfolio companies of a $5B private equity fund) to build new sales channels, develop marketing plans and guide teams to identify and execute strategic and tactical changes that improve bottom line results.
At Global Crossing, Robin held various positions in sales, marketing and business development roles, including Senior VP of Sales. At Telcordia Technologies, Robin served as Western Region Vice President, leading a software solutions sales team. She spent 14 years at AT&T in sales , operations (undersea cables, switching, transmission, plant) marketing, public relations and business development jobs.
